Highlights of the GR Corolla
The GR Corolla is available in three trims for the new model year. The are two base models, the Core and Circuit Edition. There’s also a special Morizo Edition trim limited to 200 units. In the Circuit Edition are updated features like lighter 18-inch wheels and a new color called Blue Flame. The Blue Flame color comes with matching blue interior accents and black lower-body decals.
Inside the cabin, drivers will find many features. Base features include an eight-inch display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Amazon Alexa, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. The Circuit Edition and Technology package offers an eight-speaker JBL stereo, wireless charging pad, and in-dash navigation.
Powering this latest model is a turbocharged 1.6-liter three-cylinder engine that produces 300 horsepower. Every model has four-wheel drive and uses a six-speed manual transmission. Automatic transmissions are not available. The EPA also estimates the GR Corolla to get about 21/28 mpg.
