Highlights of the 2024 Toyota Corolla
The 2024 Corolla is a carryover model, so its design, features, and engine are the same as last year. One new addition is the return of the Corolla Nightshade Edition. The Nightshade Edition is an appearance package adding a black roof and vented sport wings to the hybrid model. And bronze wheels and dark badging to the sedan.
Same as last year, the Corolla sedan and hatchback are powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder that produces 169 horsepower. Though as a hybrid, this model uses a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine paired with an electric motor to produce 121 horsepower.
Regardless of the configuration, though, the interior will be equipped the same. An eight-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and automatic climate control are still standard. While its safety features include forward-collision warning, lane-departure warning, and adaptive cruise control.
