Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) recently announced plans to debut three new electrified cars this year. The latest additions will include two battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and a plug-in electric hybrid vehicle (PHEV). Toyota hopes that up to 40 percent of its new vehicle sales will come from electrified models by 2025. By 2030, hybrids, electrics, and fuel cell cars will hopefully account for 70 percent of new car sales. Expanding the Green Portfolio
