By 2030, Toyota has committed itself to be an all-electric company. Following through with that commitment, Toyota will be releasing its second EV – the bZ3X. The bZ3x will be a subcompact SUV and should be available later this year or early next. While details are scarce, there is some info to share, so keep reading to learn more.

bZ3X Overview

Toyota’s has yet to release any information on the bz3X’s battery size or maximum driving range. Although, given the model is a subcompact crossover, the bZ3X should perform similarly to other models in its class. Plus, as a sibling to the bZ4X, the bZ3X should offer a similar configuration, including front and all-wheel drive.

What won’t be similar is the models design. The exterior of the bZ3X will have a more futuristic look, with angular lines and short overhangs. Recessed door handles and headlights with a triangular layout that wraps into the hood are also offered.  Also, given the model's size, the bZ3X should be more aerodynamic than the bZ4X.

The cabin too is futuristic, though miasmatic. Details on the model’s advanced tech is limited but we know an in-car personal agent named Yui is offered. Yui is an advanced artificial intelligence developed by Toyota and designed to create a personalized and engaging driving experience.
